5.      NTU fast charging battery

Researchers at Nanyang Technology University made a battery that charges fast up to 70% in 2 minutes and has a life much longer than the current lithium-ion batteries, with charging lasting for 10000 charges. The longer battery life makes it logical for individuals to buy an electric car.
